The program aims to equip educators with the teaching processes and techniques that can help Filipinos, particularly the Bikolanos understand the importance of water as a key resource for attaining sustainable development aligned with Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) objectives.

Chairman Jorge T. Palma welcomed all the participants at the same time emphasized on the importance of the academe in the MNWD’s campaign on water conservation and preservation of the Mt. Isarog Natural Park (MINP).
