MNWD Officer- in- Charge, Virginia I. Nero, welcomes the 29 members of Metro Lipa Water District’s team headed by General Manager, Edgardo L. Orense in their MLWD-Gender and Development “Lakbay –Aral” activity last week of October 2015.

The activity aims to foster camaraderie and interaction among MLWD-GAD members as well as its counterpart in other agencies like MNWD.
