In its continuous commitment to give the utmost service to the public, the Metropolitan Naga Water District (MNWD) again reminds its consumers of the Hotline numbers they can call for any concern regarding their water connection.
The call center is open 24/7, all day and night, seven days a week. Trained customer service representatives are glad to handle your calls. Most especially appreciated by the Water District are reports about leakages, burst pipes, and of course, no water or low pressure incidents. Inquiries in new connections can also be coursed through the Hotlines.
