The Government Association of Certified Public Accountants-Southern Tagalog Association of Water Districts (GCPA-STAWD) officers chose MNWD as one of the four local water districts to visit in the Bicol Region last week of August 2015.

Their objective is to have hands-on learning experience aimed at gaining exposure and adapting methodologies deemed beneficial in their respective water districts.
