MNWD Earns CSC’s Prime-HRM Level 2

Human Resource is a vital element in any organization. It is one of the core divisions that hold the operational structure of the entire business process hence, good human resource management and best practices should be a priority to effectively serve its customers and other stakeholders.

Last October 17, 2018, the Metropolitan Naga Water District (MNWD) earned the Civil Service Commission’s (CSC) Level 2 accreditation for its Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).

The MNWD attained an overall rating of 100% in all Maturity Indicators in System and Practice, and HRMO Competencies of the four (4) core HRM Systems such as Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP), Learning and Development (L&D), Performance Management (PM), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).

Hats off to the Management Committee and Human Resource Division for making sure that the MNWD human resources are properly managed in accordance with CSC standards. This is another recognition of the MNWD’s promise to excel in all its undertakings and serve the community imbued with integrity and professionalism. (Auria S. Gonzales)
